The Haiti Plunge is a cross-cultural educational program initiative set up for high school and college youth to prove that young people can make a difference in the world. The program takes place in the mountainous Cabaret Region of Haiti, 58 miles north of Port au Prince.

Since 1984, the Haiti Plunge has been sending mission teams exclusively to this area to sustainably develop a nine-village agricultural cooperative, with the goal of empowering the Haitian people to take charge of their own future and their country.
